Celebrating Apprentice Innovation at the National Innovation Skills Competition

Join us to celebrate and innovate.

Apprentices from across Great Britain are invited to come together this March for a day dedicated to innovation, competition and celebration at the National Innovation Skills Competition.

Taking place on 24 March 2026 at The Lowry, MediaCity, Salford, the event will bring together apprentices who have participated in the Innovation Literacy Programme to showcase the mindset and skills they have developed through the qualification.

The day is designed to recognise the impact apprentices are making in their workplaces while giving them the opportunity to connect with peers from across the country.

A Day of Innovation and Inspiration

The National Innovation Skills Competition will feature a full programme of activity designed to challenge and inspire apprentices.

Participants will take part in a live innovation challenge, responding to a real-world brief that encourages creative thinking and problem solving.
